Ghost Legend Pre Workout Review: Effective Or No Good?

The Ghost Legend Pre Workout has gotten extremely popular over the past few years. The official ghost website claims that it’s able to deliver legendary pumps, energy, and focus.

As you guys know, I’m a huge fan of pre-workout supplements. I’ve pretty much tried all of the well-known products including Preseries Bulk and Cellucor C4.

And of course, I wanted to add this pre-workout to my list. I bought a bottle and after trying it several times, I’m now providing you with my Ghost Legend Pre Workout Review.

Before we dive further into this article and my experience, let’s talk about what this supplement is and how it works.

Ghost Legend is a pre-workout supplement. These types of supplements are designed to help you get the most out of your workouts. What they do is help you get energized and focused, allowing you to increase the intensity.

And some of these pre-workouts even have the ability to help you increase explosive strength, endurance, and muscle mass. But, it all comes down to the ingredients that the product contains.

Let’s take a look at whether or not the Ghost Legend pre workout will actually help you get the most out of your training.

Ghost Legend Pre Workout Ingredients

A combination of potent ingredients is what makes up for a good pre-workout supplement. Certain ingredients also have synergetic effects when they are combined together, giving you an even better workout.

Let’s take a look at the ingredients we found in the ghost pre workout and what it’s going to do when you take a scoop.

L-Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid. It boosts nitric oxide (NO) which means it’s able to get more blood into your muscles. More blood into the muscles will give you a better muscle pump.

Beta-Alanine is found in many pre-workout supplements. It’s the ingredient that causes your skin to itch and tingle. The reason why you will find it in a lot of products is that it helps enhance exercise performance.

Agmatine Sulfate helps enhance nitric oxide and endurance. This results in better pumps, with more endurance you’ll also be able to squeeze out a few extra reps here and there. It’s also shown to decrease recovery time.

Norvaline is an ingredient that has shown to have many benefits for athletes. As with most of the other ingredients, it really helps get more blood to the muscles as well as increasing energy production.

Taurine is said to help with boosting physical performance. It could have the ability to reduce muscle fatigue and protect against muscle damage.

However, I must add that additional research needs to be done to back up these claims.

Caffeine is by far one of the staple ingredients found in most pre-workout products. It is often sourced from coffee beans, tea leaves, and cacao beans. It’s a stimulant that successfully boosts cognitive and physical performance.

Alpha GPC is what most consider to be a nootropic or brain supplement. It’s used to help optimize brain health, cognitive performance, and energy levels. It is added to supplements to help enhance focus.

This plant is said to have several health benefits. The most important benefit for us athletes is the fact that it can improve exercise performance and fight fatigue.

Theobromine is derived from the cacao plant. It’s known for boosting energy levels. This means more energy and drive throughout your workout. Break down as many muscle fibers as possible to optimize growth.

Olive oil extract has several health benefits. It’s said to help with boosting immunity, weight loss and reduces inflammation.

Just like Alpha-GPC, NADH is a brain supplement. It enhances focus, concentration, and alertness.

In my opinion, the formula is pretty decent. In total, you will find 11 different ingredients in this supplement. A scoop of this stuff will surely help you get in a good workout.

With that being said, I’ve definitely seen better products. If you’re looking for a highly effective pre-workout that will be your money’s worth, check out Wrecked pre-workout instead.

My Experience With Ghost Pre Workout

I’ve tried the Ghost Legend Pre Workout several times before hitting the gym. I’ll be honest with you, I wasn’t too impressed by the effects.

It contains the staple pre-workout ingredients such as Beta-Alanine, Caffeine, and L-Citrulline to help with the pumps and better performance. On the side, they also have a few nootropics such as Alpha GPC added to the mix to help with focus and concentration.

As somebody who has used a lot of different products, I would give this product a 6.5/10. It helps get you energized, pumped and focused but don’t expect anything crazy.

It’s also worth mentioning that I find it quite expensive for what you’re getting. On the official Ghostlifestyle website, one tub of Legend costs $45 for 30 servings.

For the same price, you’re able to get yourself a tub of Wrecked. That product has a ton of ingredients that’ll give you a crazy pump, focus and strength boost.

And for the same price, you’re getting nearly double the number of ingredients and double the serving size. Wrecked has 18 active ingredients and exceeds 21 grams serving size.

I think the Ghost Pre Workout is a decent pre-workout for beginners. It does what it’s supposed to do.

But, if you’re looking for a supplement that is very effective when it comes to boosting energy, pumps and focus you have to check out Wrecked by Huge Nutrition

The Final Verdict

There is no doubt that the Ghost pre workout has gained a lot of attention lately. It contains ingredients that you will find in many other products.

For beginners, it’s an effective product for enhancing workout intensity, pump, and energy. Personally, I wasn’t too impressed by the results but it still got the job done.
