Before I dive in a little deeper, I want to take a minute to explain how sperm is made.
Ill try to use the least amount of science words to explain, but unfortunately some biology is involved 🙂
How semen is produced
Semen, or what we consider the Seminal plasma is composed of 3 different types of fluids produced by different glands in the body.
- Seminal Vesicle Gland Fluid – The two seminal vesicles are glands that produce the fluids that will turn into semen. It constitutes about 75% of the fluid volume in a male's sperm.
- Prostate Gland Fluid – The prostate gland is responsible for producing the fluid that nourishes and transports sperm, the seminal fluid.
- Bulbourethral Gland Fluid – The bulbouretheral glands are responsible for producing what is well known as pre-cum, which is secreted first to clean the urethra before the sperm cells arrive. The bulbouretheral also helps increase the texture of the semen making it more jelly like.
So how can we increase our load?
We target all 3 sperm production mechanisms to get the optimal results.
For the Seminal Gland (The most significant component), we can use L-Arginine and other amino acids that will optimize the gland performance.
For the prostate gland, Pine Bark and Maca will do the job.

How can I increase my sperm volume naturally?
It might sound a little like a cliché, but I like to think about my body like a high performance sports car. It is clear that without the right kind of fuel, the car will not even move, let alone run at max power.

Try out Fenugreek
Fenugreek is a plant that is used often in the Indian kitchen. I would describe it as an Estrogen blocker.
It contains compounds called furostanolic saponins, which inhibits the enzymes that convert testosterone into estrogen1
Make sure you get enough Vitamin C & Vitamin D
Yes, yes, I know, you been told a million times that you need to take your vitamins. But the science isn't wrong.

Lift weight at least 3 times a week
Again, pretty straight forward, but you need to do it. Not just think about it.

Stop Masturbating and Have more sex

Add Ginseng to your Diet
